Business by the Beach is a learning and development community for talented business people. The intentions of the group are -

Learning

The monthly meetings expose members to new concepts, models and techiniques in a comfortable environment with like-minded people. Particular emphasis is placed on personal leadership and business growth.

Networking

The group offers a regular opportunity to meet people with similar skills and interests. This is a learning community and does not permit sales or lead generation of any kind during meetings.

Sharing

Monthly presentations are delivered by members. If you have a new concept you want to air, need a different perspective on a business challenge or you need constructive feedback without judgement from your peers, then Business by the Beach is there for you.

About the organisers

Business by the Beach is provided by Creative Leadership on a not-for-profit basis as a service to local business. Creative Leadership is a firm of talent management specialists based at the Enterprise Pavilion in Poole, Dorset.
